Type check a sequence of declarations.

checkDecl :: Declaration -> TCM ()

Type check a single declaration.

inferExpr :: Expr -> TCM (Term, Type)

Infer the type of an expression. Implemented by checking against a meta variable. Except for neutrals, for them a polymorphic type is inferred.
